The company's Trump Tower Manila is being developed under license from the Trump Organization of US property magnate Donald Trump. Trump Tower Manila is part of the cluster of developments to be called Century City in the 3.4-hectare former site of the International School of Manila in Makati City. Century City, unveiled in 2007, is a masterplanned development composed of a retail center, office buildings and residential buildings. There are five projects under development in the area, including Gramercy Residences, Knightsbridge Residences, Milano Residences (partnership with Versace Homes), Centuria Medical Makati (with a partnership with GE), the retail center, apart from Trump Tower Manila. In Century City, the company also unveiled its foray into the medical tourism with the $100-million Centuria Medical Makati which will mainly be an outpatient medical complex.

The complex, which has 28 floors will have more than 500 clinic spaces. Century City started in 1989 and developed the 12-storey residential-office building Le Grand in Makati as its first project.
